(Analysis of the models of Technological Transfer from the Diversity of Digital Information)

Abstract:

The article reports on the status of Technology Transfer Models and systems for various Latin American countries. The analytical-synthetic method is used, taking into account the analysis of qualitative information and the quantitative information is required regarding the number of specific digital access documents. The Latin American model of technology transfer shows the need to establish projects and offices for the aforementioned purpose, to which is added a monitoring of the transferred results. The need for Higher Education Institutions to have technological surveillance observatories to evaluate changes, trends and possible transformations in models and technology transfer systems was confirmed. Based on these results, it is concluded that it is necessary for Latin American countries to develop adjustments in the new models of technology transfer, which could be initiated by changes in the system of relationships between the key elements, the University, the technology transfer offices and innovate in these relations between the University and the company, by placing the technology transfer offices as an articulating entity that ensures a process of feedback and activation of the productive sector in technology parks and business incubators.
