LA DESMOTIVACIÓN EN LOS PARTICIPANTES DEL TALLER LA EMPRESA MOTIVADA EN LA UVM.
Resumen:
    La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general Analizar la desmotivación en los participantes del taller la empresa motivada en la UVM, donde se aborda un estudio de tipo descriptivo con diseño de campo,estuvo conformada por una población y muestra de 29participantes, aplicando la técnica de la encuesta cuyo instrumento fue un cuestionario de 8items que fue tomado del libro la empresa motivada de JörgLahmann ,con lo cual se desarrollan los resultados y se logra cumplir el objetivo al general el artículo .Se puede afirmar que la UVM cuenta con una aceptación favorable, donde se observa un estilo de motivación centrado en la vinculación con las personas haciendo énfasis en acoplar a los trabajadores con la misión y visión de la organización. En general la universidad va cumpliendo con las expectativas esperadas, no obstante se debe seguir trabajando para cada día alcanzar mejoras que la fortalezcan.

(The demotivation in the participants of the workshop “The Motivated Company” at the UVM)
Abstract:
    The general objective of this research is to analyze the demotivation in the participants of the motivated company workshop at UVM, where a descriptive study with field design is addressed. It was made up of a population and a sample of 29 participants, applying the technique of the survey whose instrument was a questionnaire of 8 items that was taken from the book the motivated company of JörgLahmann. With these results We developed and the general objective of the article was achieved. It can be affirmed that the UVM has a favorable acceptance, where a motivational style centered on the bond with people is observed, emphasizing on coupling the workers with the mission and vision of the organization. In general, the university is fulfilling the projected expectations, however, this work must be continued to achieve improvements that strengthen it every day.
